SUMMARY:
The Finance Manager is responsible for achieving business office targets and objectives. Ensuring the Finance Office / Business Office meets monthly, quarterly and annual targets, works in full cooperation with all departments, maintains strict adherence to administrative and sales processes, high customer satisfaction levels and ensures accuracy of information on documentation within designated time frames.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Achieve individual and Finance Office team targets on a consistent basis
Work with lending portals such as Dealertrack, CUDL, Route One
Work with multiple OEM manufacturer and 3rd party lending institutions and their respective Account Managers to secure approvals, negotiate rates, conflict resolution
Work cohesively with the Service and Parts department
Targets including but not limited to: monthly delivered vehicle volume, gross profit targets, products sold per contract, closing receivable accounts, minimize contracts in transit… etc.
Work with ORAG approved lenders to secure financing, retrieve finance information, payout loans
Ensure all relevant documentation is completed in its entirety and without error
Position sales product relevant to customer needs and achieve monthly product sales goals
Establish methods and procedures to accomplish above planned objectives.
Ensure departmental processes are followed such as, complete documentation, ensuring all relevant information is communicated by and to appropriate individuals/colleagues
Must follow Company safety policies and practices, and immediately, report any and all accidents to General Sales Manager/General Manager.
This position will be expected to perform other duties as assigned by management.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
Well organized and possess strong time management skills.
Very process oriented and results focused
Strong MS Office, Excel, Accounting systems knowledge, ie: Reynolds, CDK.
Ability to work cooperatively with all levels of the organization.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and to be able to build relationships.
Highly self-motivated and have the ability to learn quickly and be open to challenges.
Strong financial skills and business networks.
Ability to communicate with others and to assimilate and understand information, in a manner consistent with the essential job functions.
Ability to make sound decisions in a manner consistent with the essential job functions.
A valid Washington State Driver’s License with a good driving record.
