Top tier 3rd party seller of branded massage products is looking for an experienced Amazon Brand Manager (4 to 8 years of experience). The Company designs, produces and sells direct-to-consumers through online platforms like Amazon, Walmart.com and Company websites.
The Amazon Brand Manager will be responsible for managing the Company’s entire Amazon catalog, sales performance and presence on Seller Center, while helping to grow Amazon sales by improving the listings through enhanced copywriting that maximizes keyword visibility while communicating features and benefits, and through enhanced visuals that deliver information through photos and videos.
Qualifications

· BA/BS from a 4-year college in Business or Marketing or similar
· Amazon Brand Manager position requires minimum 4 years’ full-time work experience in Marketing, Merchandising, E-commerce, or similar areas.
· At least 3 years experience working Amazon Seller Central with strong knowledge on creating listings, SEO and keywording, sales and inventory reporting, brand registry cases, seller support best practices and ticket management.
· Experience managing product assortments, copywriting, SEO, advertising, pricing and trouble-shooting for up to 30 current listings. Previous experience with a third-party seller on Amazon, Shopify and other online retail platforms is a plus. We will train you to resolve issues with Amazon through hands-on experience with Seller Central, Brand Registry, opening cases with Amazon Customer Support etc.
· Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or Google Docs, particularly Excel/Sheets.
· Has experience working at an e-commerce company or 3rd party seller with significant Amazon business but not required.
· Be a team-first individual with ability to work on small to medium-sized teams in a matrixed organization with cross-departmental responsibilities and duties.
· Communicate concerns, problems, feedback, and project status effectively and comfortably through messaging/e-mail/Skype to all levels of management.
· Copywriting experience related to writing titles, bullets, A+ for Amazon/Shopify listings.
· Working experience in Web & Multimedia (Web design and layout, product, and model photography, photoshop, and video editing) is a plus.
· Knowledge of video editing, transcoding, asset metadata, videography, sizzle reels and motion graphics is a plus.
· Has working experience in social media (Content creation and Marketing Strategies) is a plus.
· This is a full-time remote position
Tasks and Responsibilities that Individual will be trained on
· Manage Company’s Amazon accounts and listings across the US, Canada, Mexico, and EU.
· Troubleshoot Amazon problems by opening cases and following up with seller support to resolve issues.
· Assist in ensuring integrity of Company’s product pricing, promotions, and sales.
· Assist with product development, research, data analysis, and day-to-day marketing and advertising projects.
· Police Amazon listings for any trademark or counterfeit infringements.
· Track competitive listings to generate insights about pricing, promotions, advertising and develop countermeasures.
· Copywriting for listings including titles, bullets, A+.
· Grow and develop social media and Brand awareness.
