Job Description

Accounts Payable Clerk

LOCATED: North Brunswick, NJ

This is for a 6 to 9 month project which could transition into a permanent role

5 days in the office/8:30 to 5pm(flexible)

$25 to $30 per hour

Our client is a growing company and great environment

Fast paced, high growth logistics company

Moving from ERP implementation from Microsoft Dynamics 365 from QuickBooks and also use Avid which are all pluses

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Day-to-day accounts payable management and accounting including three-way matching,

vendor statement reconciliation and freight invoices processing.

Research and respond to inquiries; analyze and resolve problems related to the payment process in timely

and thorough fashion.

Define and ensure the processing of vendor invoices and auditing of supporting documents by AP to ensure

proper approvals and G/L account coding.

Maintain the company records.

3-5 years’ experience in accounts payable

Ability and willingness to work in a very fast-paced environment

Proficiency with MS Office (including but not limited to intermediate Excel and Word);QuickBooks,
