Responsibilities:

• Drive business process optimization.
• Own and manage Reforecast, Annual Budget, and 3-year Strategic Plan, with insights into P&L and Cash Flows.
• Lead financial analysis, identifying and managing risks and opportunities.
• Work cross-functionally to maintain accurate Reforecasts across various business channels.
• Take an active leadership role in current and upcoming business systems migrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional business partners to enhance financial acumen.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in commercial and financial reporting roles.
• Degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA/CPA preferred.
• Proven track record of delivering business results through risk and opportunity identification and planning.
• Experience in generating and presenting insights to align stakeholders on next steps.
• Financial planning and analysis experience in production or operations enterprise, preferably in wine production.
• Advanced-Power User in Excel, Microsoft Dynamics, PowerBI, Vintrace, Salesforce; AMS & ERP System Migrations a bonus.
• Advanced capabilities in forecasting and building advanced models from scratch.
• Experience navigating in a high-level ambiguous environment and leading business systems and process optimization.
• Proven success in various business systems migrations.
