Job responsibilities:
Supports organization operations related to finance, HR, and org-wide events
Maintains financial records – expense tracking, documentation, and authorization
Maintains donor records – receipts, acknowledgments, and reporting criteria
Supports efforts to recruit, select, and onboard new staff members
Maintains all organizational policies and procedures, updating as needed
Supports the operations and ongoing project management for in-person and virtual events. Identify and secure venues, catering, and materials for programming and other related events.
Must exhibit professional discretion.
Responds to requests for information.
Needs to be experienced and comfortable communicating with high-level staff, including C-level personnel.
Qualifications:
Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to analyze and synthesize information.
Strong proofreading and editing skills
Attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple responsibilities without constant supervision
Excellent interpersonal skills; Ability to work collaboratively with staff, other organizations, and the public
Highly proficient with technology and Apple-based work
Strong knowledge and use of Google Docs and Google suite, Asana, and Slack
Ability to use or learn other online platforms, including QuickBooks and Salesforce.
