Boutique Executive Search Firm has been engaged by the Company’s Board of Directors to identify qualified candidates to assume the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
We are searching for a CFO that will play a key role in the future growth and development of the business. Candidates will have a passion for operational finance and accounting coupled with a history of process improvement and demonstrated team building. Additionally, candidates will exhibit the ability to help grow an organization while maintaining a cohesive culture and strong EBITDA.
Responsibilities:
§ Report directly to the President and Board of Directors and lead all Accounting, Finance, Treasury, IT, Human Resources, Risk Management, Legal, M&A and other areas alongside a team of functional peers.
§ Leverage the existing financial reporting infrastructure to further build out the Company’s accounting methods, financial reporting, business intelligence, planning and analytics capabilities.
§ Further develop and refine operating and financial metrics and use these metrics to help manage and drive the business.
§ Manage all aspects of M&A activities, such as pre-acquisition support and post-acquisition integration.
§ Enhance the IT systems, infrastructure, and technology at the Company. Lead the automation of any manual or proprietary financial or operational planning and reporting procedures.
§ Assess, develop, and build an administrative, accounting and finance team to support the continued growth of the business.
§ Anticipate and manage growth – adapt the organization as growth occurs via organic expansion and/or acquisitions.
§ Play a major role in the formulation of company policies and goals directly related to company growth and strategic initiatives.
§ Enhance the value of the enterprise by professionalizing the Administrative, Accounting and Operational Finance functions, thereby driving value creation for Management and Shareholders.
