About The RoleAn exciting leadership position for a creative and growth-driven and talent-ready individual to play a crucial role in leading and building a game-changing Marketing and Digital strategy to drive brand awareness and business growth in the North America region (USA, Canada, Mexico).
By collaborating with the Australian Headquarter, the North America General Manager and local stakeholders, the Marketing and Digital Marketing Manager will lead the localization of the Global Marketing Strategy and guidelines to meet market needs for consumer facing assets and activations, while also overlooking the local marketing plans to enhance the brands presence across key channels.
The manager will ensure that all activities are key contributors towards the achievement of brand elevation, sales, and profitability targets.
Reporting to the Head of Global Marketing and Digital with a dotted line to the North America GM, the Marketing and Digital Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of innovative and inspiring consumer experiences across all touchpoints including digital, media retail, social, CRM, PR, events and sponsorships.
By collaborating with the Global Headquarter, the local functional departments and network of retailers to shape and bring to life the marketing and e-commerce plans, this role will be a key contributor in positioning the brand to increase sales performance, traffic and customer engagement in an omni-channel eco-system.
Description : Adapt and localize the Global Marketing strategy to the region in order to drive customer acquisition, retention and revenue growth for the regionLead and define the local omni-channel plans to drive brand awareness and business performanceImplement the local e-commerce strategy, plans and tactics to drive sales, understand and deliver on the E-Commerce business target collaborating with internal stakeholders and third parties like AmazonManage E-Commerce and website content, master the analytics, and develop a deep understanding of our ecosystem of local digital platforms.
Ultimately, be part of the Global Digital Transformation project.Adapt the global CRM Marketing strategy to the region and own plan and processesLead the planning, development and implementation of marketing campaigns, including online and offline advertising, social media, promotions, trade shows and partnershipsForm and lead an ecosystem of brand ambassadors, influencers and partnersAct as a brand custodian with some of the biggest retail partners in North AmericaCollaborate with the sales team and key retailers to develop retail marketing annual plans and support retail stores using co-op in the implementation of initiativesSupervise the implementation of a BtoB playbook that showcase applications and tools across diverse channels, including digital, catalogues, and in-store applications aligned with the global guidelinesOwn the retail environment execution aligned with the Global vision and guidelines.

Use data and research to identify target audience segments, monitor industry trends and identify competitive opportunitiesStay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and identifying new opportunities for growthLead a team of marketing experts and get strong support by the headquarterDevelop and manage the marketing budget ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources and marketing spentYearly Salary Range : $90,000 – $100,000 RequirementsAs the key Marketing leader for the region, this role requires some strong leadership capabilities to build and drive a team, a strategy and bring go-to-market plans to life.
As a key member of the Global team, this position requires a solid marketing background and a deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape in North America.
More particularly : 8+ years’ experience in Marketing and Digital, with brand development in a global context, and possibly agency experienceExperience in creating and implementing e-commerce strategies and processes working in a global environment.
