Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
Summarize and interpret key business indicators to provide key stakeholders information that facilitates timely and impactful decisions.
Financial management related to cost centers for Sales Operations, Revenue Growth Management (RGM) and Key Accounts.
Standardize Analytical Sales Review Process (ASR) across the company including Market Unit Finance Managers(MUFMS), Food Service and On Premise (FSOP) MU Directors, RGM, and VPs of FSOP.
Own financial metrics within the Economic Analysis Model ensuring it ties back to Customer Profitability Model and assist Sales teams to ensure compliance
Conduct market comparisons to review trends
Develop a historical model of all deals to give Sales teams guardrails on profitability thresholds by segment (schools, On Premise Amusement/Recreation, Sports, etc.)
Partner with Key Accounts on long-term strategy for Sponsorships
Develop a look back process on deals greater than certain threshold of Sponsorship dollars
Be a steward of the business-to-business trade spend through efficient analysis of proprietary fleets and the company’s distribution fleet partners along with developing standardized Local Market Plan (LMP) tracking focused on showing Growth Funding opportunities.
Validate North America Operating Unit (NAOU) LMP payment files and research discrepancies
Partner with Pricing team and RGM on Alternative Route to Market (ARTM) accruals for each region.
Manage marketing credit spend and process with Monster Energy and BODYARMOR (and other brand partners) focused on creating true brand profitability.
Lead Finance team in analyzing Incidence Pricing and Sub-bottler in partnership with Planning & Forecasting team
Partner with Sales team on payments/rebates/monies going back to customer (process owner, process map with pricing, etc.)
Lead cross functional team focused on improving profitability in FSOP channel (including full service)
Assist in creating new as well as improve management reports, dashboards, metrics, KPIs, flash reports, performance indicators and business drivers for weekly, monthly, quarterly, and periodic presentations to leadership team.
Improve management and operating teams’ understanding of financial data with thoughtful and transparent trend and variance analysis and commentary.
Partner with Finance Senior Manager and VP to ensure execution on organizational priorities.
Foster collaborative and supportive relationship within the General Ledger team and facilitate timely information gathering and month-end close routine.
Develop and sustain a culture of customer service excellence.
Other projects or duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of related experience and 3 plus years of people leadership experience.
Ability to develop and mentor team members into stewards for the business.
Extensive experience providing counsel to key stakeholders.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong knowledge of current and past finance and accounting practices.
Creative problem-solving skills.
Ability to analyze situations/data and make recommendations to senior leadership.
Ability to comprehend systems and their functionality including Business Intelligence tools.
Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Travel: up to 25%
This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
MBA in Accounting/Finance
SAP experience
