iTalent Digital is seeking a Sales Finance Program Manager to join our Technology Practice Group. We are seeking someone who is highly motivated self-starter, energetic, and analytical. This role is 100% Remote, on-going contract (direct hire w/ iTalent Digital), and looking for the candidate to start ASAP.

Job Details: We are looking for a Senior UX Designer who will bring curiosity, craft, and creativity to our team. Your work will raise the UX bar across multiple platforms and help define the go-to-market experience on the web sites and native apps for one of the most iconic brands in the world. You will be an advocate for end-users and a strong partner with our product and engineering teams. You will help lead internal design initiatives for our global markets and develop compelling solutions and well-crafted designs that feel effortless to use. Your work will drive engagement and loyalty across our platforms. Your communication skills influence colleagues and stakeholders, inspiring us as we work to continually improve the digital design & go-to-market process. Required qualifications and skills:
- 8+ years of experience in Project/Program Management preferably in Sales and/or Finance
- 5+ years of experience with bookings, revenue reporting
- Experience with defining, documenting, developing business process (within Finance a plus)
- Experience with BI reporting tools including OBIEE or Power BI
- High energy, analytical thinker with strong Finance background
- Strong Program Management experience building and driving initiatives through appropriate toll gates
- Ability to influence & collaborate at all levels. Comfort with developing storyboard for executive level presentations and socializing with stakeholders/partners
- Comfortable operating through ambiguity
- Experience & proven ability in planning and implementing large, complex projects
- Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision
- Ability to prioritize deadlines in a fast-paced environment
