Job Description
Roles/Responsibilities:
- Process travel payments in the Oracle Financial Accounting System (R12)
- Communicate both orally and in written form professionally with several federal agencies to resolve pending transactions
- Process manual payment schedules via the Secure Payment System (SPS)
- Reconcile TAV and CBA fee files from CONCUR (Travel System)
- Post Payment Audit support
Minimum requirements:
- Advanced Excel Skills – vlookup, pivot tables.
- Ability to communicate clearly written and orally
- 1 – 2 years Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from a four-year college or university in related field
- Applicants selected will be subject to a Public Trust background security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to sensitive information.
- US Citizens or Permanent Residents only.
Preferred requirements:
- Experience with Oracle Financials AP Module
- Experience with process improvement
- Experience with Government Contracting
- Experience with CONCUR
HHS and/or any type of Public Trust Clearance is a plus.
