Compensation is $100,000 to $105,000 annually

Job Summary:
A successful candidate for this position will need to be strategically minded, demonstrate proven leadership in previous roles in finance and administration; have a proven track record in team management, and be a partner both internally and externally. Candidate will have knowledge and experience working with non-profit organizations in a career and/or volunteer aspect. Candidate will have general knowledge of auditing process in the role of accounting. Candidate will have a passion for making a difference in the lives of families during their time of need. This position will supervise three full-time positions: Accountant, HR Manager and Billing & Family Benefits Coordinator.
