Circadia Health is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Finance Manager to join our growing team. The Finance Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring the fiscal health of the organization.

Analyze financial data, performance metrics, and key financial indicators to provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
Financial Reporting : Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Present financial information to senior leadership and stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.Cash Flow Management : Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring the company’s financial stability.
Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.Risk Management : Identify and mitigate financial risks through proactive analysis and strategic planning.
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to safeguard company assets.Compliance and Regulation : Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and reporting requirements.
Work with external auditors and regulatory bodies as needed.Team Leadership : Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Strategic Financial Initiatives : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives, including fundraising efforts and M&A activities.
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar financial leadership role.
Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and financial analysis.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, Excel).Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
