Responsibilities of the Finance Manager
Overseeing the department conducting operational accounting tasks including cash disbursements
Leading month-end close activities, and developing any policies and procedures needed be
Liaison for annual audits including funder audits & internal audits
Preparing financial s as needed for the board
Qualifications of the Finance Manager
Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant accounting experience with a nonprofit organization
Worked on an ERP system such as Financial Edge, Intacct, FundEZ, etc; strong Excel skills as they will be doing analytical work down the line
Interested in working with a great team who are passionate about the organization and continuing their growth in this space
