As a financial analyst on our team, you’ll create a financial management strategy to help the Navy’s digital transformation of MyNavy HR succeed. You’ll work with project management, task leads, and government stake holders to build an actionable plan for your client to secure the funding needed to achieve their goals.
Using your knowledge of laws, regulations, and policies, you’ll help your client develop well-formed requirements. Once the funding is in place, you’ll make sure the funding is used efficiently through consistent tracking and communication with stakeholders. This is your chance to work on high level digital transformation of HR systems across the Navy while imparting your financial analysis expertise to your team. You Have:
Experience with budgeting on a Navy program
Experience with Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE)
Knowledge of the Program Budget Information System (PBIS) and the PBIS-IT systems or other DoD service financial programing database tools.
Ability to perform POM briefings for government leadership
Secret clearance
HS Diploma or GED
Nice If You Have:
8
years of experience with leading, planning, analyzing, and implementing IT programs
Experience with OPNAV as military, civilian, or contractor staff
Knowledge of DoD HR Systems
Bachelor’s degree
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
