Alpine Property Management Looking for Part-Time Jr Accounting Specialist / Bookkeeper at Concord, MA Full Time

Part-time 20 hours/week, with the possibility of additional hours in the future

Property management company in Concord, MA seeks an experienced Accounting Specialist/ Bookkeeper. Tasks include:

• Reconcile bank statements and post bank account interest
• Upload and review monthly financials
• Process checks for Reserve Transfers and Transfer through Online banking
• Interface with accountants for tax returns and financial review
• Backup phone coverage
• Process recurring and non-recurring accounts payable, print checks & post
• Journal entries

Qualifications

Required Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced business required
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and work with a team
• Solid understanding of accounts payable processing cycles
• Knowledge of an Accounts Payable systems

Required Experience:

• 5 years of experience in an accounts payable position
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• General office or customer service experience

Flex work from home after intro period.

This position is available to be filled immediately.

$30/ hour
