Assist in the development of marketing plans and strategies and ensure teams are providing excellent client service. Maintain positive relationships with all key stakeholders assuring client retention and satisfaction.

Specific activities may change from time to time.1. Production : a. Prospect new clients.b. Quote and sell new business.
c. Cross-sell additional products and services2. Marketing : a. Develop marketing plan and strategy with Relationship Executives and coordinate with same to obtain the best coverage terms and pricing for the client.
3. Management : a. Managing one Producer or a team of Producers.4. Customer Service : a. Deliver timely advice and professional counsel, and ensure marketing, service and claims teams are meeting the client’s needs.
b. Collect premiums and fees billed, if applicable5. Corporate Citizenship : a. Promote and maintain good client, company, and fellow employee relations.
b. Promote the company image through civic, social, and business activities, and endeavors.6. Product Knowledge : a. Build and maintain internal and external knowledge of product and service offerings.
b. Stay abreast of industry trends and pursue continuing education.7. Other Duties and Responsibilities : a. Other duties and responsibilities as directed by management.
QUALIFICATIONSRequired Qualifications : The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and / or ability required.

Advanced degree2. Skilled in Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)3. Experienced with Requests for Proposal4.
