Reporting to the VP Talent, Culture and DEIB, the Director HRBP – Corporate Functions will provide HR leadership across the Saks OFF 5TH Corporate functions: Finance, Marketing, Planning, Merchandising, E-Commerce, Technology. The Director will lead a small team of HRBPs to provide strategic and proactive partnership to the assigned client groups. In this dynamic role, the Director, HRBP will be responsible for implementing and delivering people strategies, programs, processes and policies that attract top talent, drive employee retention and support key business objectives.
You will have a proven track record in relationship building and be a forward-thinking leader who can simultaneously develop strategy and drive execution. The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $140,000 and $150,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits), dependent on the position offered.
