PACE Organization of Rhode Island, a not-for profit, all-inclusive health plan for eligible older adults with complex health needs who wish to remain living in their home and community, is currently recruiting for a full-time Finance Manager. As the insurer, provider, and coordinator of health care and wellness, PACE-RI tailors care plans to meet each participant’s individual needs through a range of service offerings.
The Finance Manager at PACE-RI will be a key player in preparing monthly financial reports, annual budgets and financial analysis. The Finance Manager manages and develops the finance team, oversees payroll processing (via ADP Workforce Now) and the day-to-day financial operations. This position manages the annual financial and 403(b) audits, in addition to the oversight of the IT function including managing relationships with IT vendors and supervision of internal staff. This position reports to the Chief Financial Officer, and will assist management with maintaining accurate financial data, as well as keep management apprised of financial conditions and trends.
Our finance team works out of our new East Providence flagship location, which is a fully remodeled, inspiring space and home to the majority of PACE-RI’s administrative, operational, and clinical staff.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree, Required
· CPA, Preferred
· 3-5 Years of Financial Management Experience, Required
· 1-3 Years of Financial Management with a Health Care Organization, Preferred
· 3 Years of Payroll Processing Experience, Required (ADP Preferred)
· 1 -3 Years of Staff Management Experience, Preferred
