About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to join their Corporate Investment Banking (CIB) Finance team supporting the Markets business, more specifically the ABF Trading desk which is comprised of sales and trading professionals offering ABS, CMBS and RMBS securities.
In this role, you will:
Responsible for timely and accurate Daily P&L reporting for one or more trading sub-desks within the ABF Trading business
Responsible for month-end close and reconciliation between P&L and GL
Supporting the line of business (LOB) leadership from a finance perspective, including providing consultative financial support and business analytics to enable business strategy, activities, and new product initiatives
Financial reporting for the ABF Trading desk to both internal stakeholders (LOB, Risk, FP&A) and external regulators
Monthly and quarterly business performance commentary for revenue drivers including explaining key market dynamics, changes in risk and other economic events affecting business performance
Required Qualifications, US:

Knowledge of capital markets and/or trading securities, specifically ABS, CMBS, RMBS, interest rate derivatives
Knowledge of Wells Fargo Finance systems (Essbase, IRIS, FACS)
Understanding of balance sheet, yield and NII concepts from a trading perspective
Highly motivated team player and a self-starter who is accustomed to working in complex organizations and partnering with a diverse group of stakeholders
Ability to build effective business partnerships and manage multiple competing priorities in an ever-changing environment
Advanced Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and Access) skills
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills combined with strategic business focus.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with proven ability to coherently present complex financial topics tailored to audiences of varying seniority and functions to create understanding and influence decisions.
Job Expectations:
