Web Finance Direct is a Finance Service Provider who works directly with dealers and customers to provide financing options through our vast network of lenders and financing programs. Finance Managers with 2 or more years of automotive F&I experience encouraged to apply.
We are in a high growth mode with business expanding from two states to twelve. We are adding a Finance and Insurance Manager toour current team to provide finance services to our dealers and customers. This position is remote in the Midwest region, WI or MN would be preferred. Compensation & Benefits Offered:

Responsibilities:
- Work directly with our dealers and customers to develop relationships
- Determine customer financing needs and payment options
- Present a fully transparent pricing menu to customers detailing their financing options and products
- Process finance transactions and ensure 100% compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Build rapport with dealers and customers to create a base of referrals
- Set and achieve targeted sales goals
- Gain superior product knowledge to effectively help customers
- Ensure that all administrative processes are handled in a timely fashion and in compliance with company policy
- Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty
Qualifications:
- High School or Equivalent
- A minimum of two years of automotive F&I experience with proven track record of performance
- Deep knowledge of automotive dealership finance and insurance procedures, menus, and products
- An enthusiastic, motivated, and energetic person who has a personal determination to overcome possible objections while providing an outstanding customer experience
- Proficient with title laws and registration process
- Strong organizational skills, and adept at multi-tasking in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Tech savvy
- Self-starter, high energy, results-oriented
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Process and detail oriented with developed organizational skills
- Confident in ability to work under pressure and prioritize
- Availability to work 8 hours per day, 5 days a week, including 2 weekend days monthly
