From a Pricing standpoint, this leader will help the corporation to embed best practices, guidelines and governance for managing the company’s pricing strategies. She / he will elevate the company’s expertise in pricing and help infuse a strategic, measured and analytical backbone into the pricing process. This individual will be also charged with developing internal relationships and ensuring that the company’s pricing strategy protects profitability, is locally relevant to consumers and positioned competitively for all brands, regions and affiliates.
Responsibilities include
The role is a mix of commercial / executional excellence, most notably in helpful to guide annual pricing decisions by the brands in their major regions and affiliates, with some more conceptual / innovative thinking.
From a Portfolio Productivity standpoint, this leader will lead two key enterprise-wide efforts, automation of manual processes, and continuous process improvements – applying these efforts to managing SKU productivity across the portfolio of brands. He/She will drive change across all major brands and regions of the company
This workstream lead will work across functions and regions – including global, regional and affiliate marketing teams as well as Global supply chain, Value Chain Finance and New Product Launch teams

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $200,000 to $342,000 Exact salary depends on several
factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on
geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a
highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance
and company results as well as participation in the share incentive plan.
