Vice President, Clinical Operations – Leading Global Pharma – Permanent

I am seeking a Vice President of Clinical Operations to take on an exciting opportunity with an international pharmaceutical company. Using your previous experience of leading global clinical trials and directing/leading clinical departments, you will be a key member of the senior leadership team and will have the rare opportunity to make a genuine impact in the development of the organisation.

What will you be doing?

· Using your extensive leadership experience, you will be accountable for the oversight of the clinical operations department in all capacities

· You will ensure trials run to budget and on time, while developing the strategy and direction of the Clinical Operations Department

· With your proactive management style, you will be a key leader within the team and will help to grow and develop CPMs, CRA’s and CTAs.

How will you be a success?

· Using your excellent communication skills and problem-solving mind, you will take lead on complex clinical operations

· Working in a matrix cross-functional team, you will adapt quickly to new challenges and come up with innovative solutions.

· You will use your strong stakeholder management experience to ensure clinical trials to plan, as well as achieving all deliverables and supporting all of those who report to you.
