About the Team
The global e-Commerce US operation team aims to deliver high quality products together with a unique customer experience via TikTok. The role is responsible for building the TikTok e-commerce partnership for the TikTok e-commerce business in the US. With more than 1 billion loyal users globally, we believe TikTok is an ideal platform to deliver a brand new and better e-commerce experience to our users. We are looking for passionate and talented people to join us to build an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users together.
Responsibilities:
- Build key e-commerce metrics analysis methodology and tool.
- Construct the e-commerce content best practices and playbook, including video and Live. Provide content strategy and suggestions for merchants and creators.
- Support the technical integration of TikTok Shop and other e-commerce platforms and software. Accelerate the merchants’ onboarding progress.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience of e-commerce business management; Mixed experience in both marketplace platform side and brand side is highly preferred.
- 2+ years experience in e-commerce performance metrics analysis, live content strategy, or technical integration.
- Strong knowledge and experience of Live Streaming is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- A good team player, fast learner, and open to changes.
- Attention to detail, affinity with numbers, be logical and strong at problem solving.
- Familiar with TikTok and other content platforms; experience in content-based e-commerce is highly preferred.

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $64000 – $130890 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
