Viventium, the leading human capital management software company in the post-acute care space, is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The CFO will be a critical member of the senior leadership team and a business partner to the Chief Executive Officer and Board of Directors. This role will be responsible for all financial and accounting functions and developing appropriate metrics and KPIs. The CFO will develop and implement strategies that support the growth of the company and maintain best-in-class financial processes and disciplines.
Specific responsibilities include:
· Provide strategic financial guidance to the executive team and Board of Directors, contributing to the company’s overall direction and expansion.
· Enhance operational efficiencies by optimizing the Lead to Cash process, facilitating collaboration between sales, marketing, finance, accounting, and operations.
· Scale operations with the implementation of best-in-class systems, technology, and talent to support a high growth business.
· Develop financial plans, budgets and forecast in line with the company’s objectives and growth trajectory.
· Produce forward looking, predictive models to provide insight into the organization’s operations and business plans and proactively monitor and report progress.
· Collaborate with key constituencies to evaluate potential mergers and acquisitions and lead the integration of potential add-on acquisitions.
· Manage annual outside audit process.
· Actively manage the company’s banking relationships and contractual activities.
· Ensure legal and regulatory compliance regarding all financial functions.
· Effectively recruit, develop, manage, motivate, and retain a high-quality finance organization.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business administration. MBA or CPA preferred.
· CFO experience in a payroll, HCM, or HR tech SAAS business larger than $50MM in ARR.
· Experience with healthcare end markets is preferred but not required.
· Experience collaborating with and presenting to private equity investors and a Board of Directors is preferred.
· Prior success upgrading the quality of an organization’s financial infrastructure by improving reporting, budgeting, cost controls and auditing systems.
· Strategic thinker with exceptional technical skills, analytical ability, superb judgment, and strong operational understanding of business operations.
