Job Description
Manages the preparation of financial and regulatory reports. Develops and directs the preparation of reports which assist in the analysis of assigned business line performance.
Analyzes assigned financial reports, augmenting with further research as needed and provides recommendations to management based on findings.
Develops, recommends, and implements accounting policies and procedures in response to new laws and regulations. Manages various finance / accounting projects or studies.
Provides leadership, guidance, and training to finance / accounting staff.
This role is hybrid. Team members who are in a hybrid role typically spend three days a week at a U.S. Bank location, while having flexibility on their work location for the other working days.
