Salary: starting at $45,000 and negotiable based upon experience
Full-time position
General hours: 8:00 am €“ 4:30 pm daily and at the discretion of the school president
Works under direction of school president, and with Business Manager, in charge of Accounts Payable, virtual CFO, Director of Admissions, School Principal, other members of school leadership team as determined by the school president.
Responsibilities, including but not limited to:
Manage and maintain student billing system
Organize and execute tuition collection system
Generate invoices and account statements
Track and record expenses and income
Assist with annual audit
Execute monthly bank reconciliations
Complete daily check deposits
Complete weekly cash deposits
Complete appropriate journal entries
Complete appropriate bank transfers
Execute payroll
