Position Summary
This position is designed to fill demands for staffing needs to cover Dental Assistant absences and the increased needs in clinical areas for Chairside Dental Assistants throughout the entire dental center.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
Graduate of a dental assisting program that includes State of Michigan Radiology certificate.
Current certification in CPR/BLS, or obtainable within 30 days of hire.
Preferred Qualifications
CDA or RDA
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Basic knowledge of all aspects of chairside dental assisting.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to move freely throughout the clinics.
Work Environment
Typical large dental clinic environment.
Salary/Pay Information
$23.00 per hour
Licenses/Certifications
State of Michigan Radiology Certificate or comparable.
Anticipated Schedule
20-29 hours per week, scheduled hours will vary based upon operational needs.
