Job Title: CD Finance Manager – Walmart & Club
Background & Purpose of the Job
Walmart and the Club customers make up significant portion of our sales. This role is an essential Finance Business Partner to the Customer Development community. The right person plays a key role in delivering sustainable business growth. As a Finance Manager you will partner with the business to ensure the CD team meets its financial goals; actively lead efforts to find opportunities and implement solutions to improve the overall performance of the business.
Who You Are & What You’ll Do
The Customer Development Finance Manager – Walmart and Club Channels will demonstrate exceptional leadership, an innate problem-solver, with the ability to support the business in developing and executing on effective business strategies, including the planning, and budgeting process. Effectively use financial information to provide the business with better insight into business performance and trajectory and opportunities for growth; drives optimization of P&L performance and manage to financial metrics. Leads improvements in delivering business predictability through a robust forecasting and review framework. Plays an active role in driving change and continuous improvement in the business and within finance; identify areas that require improvement. Collaborate effectively with other functional finance leaders to ensure that financial processes are running effectively.
Partner with CD Account teams to manage performance. Support initiatives to close gaps.
Help develop customer investment plans
Communicate and manage Walmart/Club performance within the Sector and different Business Units
Leads Customer P&L analytics and drive TTS Saving agenda.
Analyze and present results on a monthly basis to Business partners
Ensure right level of investment behind customers & categories
Help to resolve key issues around audit claims and aged deductions
Assists CD Finance – Operations team controlling processes like over/ under spend trade reviews, planning process, etc..

What You’ll Need To Succeed
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or CPA strongly preferred
Business partnering experience with clear focused and sound financial assessment and guidance (strategic insights, risks, and opportunities)
An enterprising and inquisitive nature that can find solutions to complex problems
Experience in creating and implementing operational improvement solutions
Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly communicate results and implications of analysis
Strong Business Partnering. Ability to influence across all levels. Strong Team Player, ability to handle and work under pressure and to tight deadlines, strong bias for action, ability to work with remote reams
Enjoys working in a collaborative team environment
Pay: The pay range for this position is $110,700 to $166,000. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
