Chief Financial Officer – Private Equity, B2B Services – Texas

Our client is a leading multi-location, private equity-owned B2B commercial services business operating in a high growth, niche marketplace with untapped opportunities for M&A driven consolidation. The company has recently been acquired by a leading private equity investor who has empowered the management team to drive a strategy for exponential growth with the ambition to take a larger place on the national stage.

The position requires an experienced Chief Financial Officer with previous private equity experience who can lead the financial function as a partner to the CEO. You will be a hands-on leader capable of stepping in to develop and optimize the existing finance team while building out a robust finance and accounting function to support the growth of the enterprise. Experience in a B2B services, tech-enabled business services, professional services context will be an asset, particularly with various types of revenue streams and complex revenue recognition. Best practices learned in a large corporate context combined with entrepreneurial, in-the-trenches middle-market process build-out experience will be an asset.
