Deliver clear, articulate, well-organized, and compelling sales presentations that highlight Travelers Claim Services.
Create and execute on an implementation plan that ensures an easy transition to Travelers while still working within the parameters of the Travelers Claim services.
Resolve customer claim issues countrywide in a timely and complete manner.
Act as a claim consultant by analyzing the customer’s claim and financial information to identify trends, growth opportunities, and improvements.
Manage the claim review process and facilitate claim reviews to ensure that it is a positive experience for the agent, broker, customer, and claim professional.
Educate and train internal business partners, agents, and brokers on Travelers Claim services.
Document a record of key activities, such as claim reviews, stewardships, customer education and issue resolution within the appropriate systems.
Perform other duties as assigned.
What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?
Bachelor’s Degree.
Prior experience in managing others in a claim-related capacity.
Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of marketing, underwriting, and account management processes preferred; knowledge of multi-line is a plus.
Strong knowledge of competitive market conditions.
Strong understanding of underwriting products, financials, objectives, and service requirements.
Strong marketing and technical claim skills with the ability to achieve business goals.
Strong understanding of the business objectives with the ability to recognize and act on opportunities to achieve financial results.
Demonstrated strong communication skills with the ability to effectively present to diverse audiences and group sizes.
Ability to actively listen and prove to uncover the root of problems.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify customer needs and take appropriate action to meet those needs.
Strong relationship management skills with the ability to influence and negotiate across all levels to drive successful outcomes.
Successful candidates will be subject to occasional post-hire background checks while employed in this position.

Four years of claim experience.
Four years of Insurance industry experience.
Four years of at least one claim discipline (e.
g.
Workers Compensation, Auto Liability, General Liability, Property, Construction).
