What You Will Be Doing
- Work closely with other senior leaders to drive the organization’s strategy and grow market share
- Ensure efficiency of accounting, budgeting and finance management systems
- Create and develop processes and programs
- Work with and support site leadership
- Provide progress reports to senior leadership and board members
What You Bring To The Table
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field. Master’s degree strongly preferred
- Big 4 accounting firm experience
- Entrepreneurial perspective and strong desire to own processes
- Knowledge of budgeting, financial analysis and cost control
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
