Purpose
This position will fulfill key strategic financial analysis and budgetary responsibilities in collaboration with other members of the Finance team and in support of the College’s overall financial operations. Responsible for a broad scope of financial activities, including but not limited to budget uploads, account set-up and maintenance, new account establishment, funding College commitments, creating and reviewing funds transfer documents, account reconciliation, financial reporting, costing allocations, and providing financial support as needed to the College Dean’s Office and associated administrative areas, as well as to the College’s academic departments, centers, institutes, and programs throughout the College of Liberal Arts
This is a 25-hours-per-week, seven-month position.

Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED with work experience in related field. Ability to work under pressure and maintain strong attention to detail. Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field. Experience supporting the financial operations of a large school or within a large R1 university setting. Experience with UT accounting systems and programs, including Define, FRMS, Workday, & FileMaker Pro. Experience using advanced features of Box, DocuSign, Excel, and Word.
Salary Range
$27,500 + depending on qualifications (prorated based on a $44,000 full time rate)
