Responsibilities / Job Description
Associates on our platform will be trained to evaluate opportunities across the entire capital structure, including equity and debt. The responsibilities of the position include:
This position is typically a two-to-three-year role, with Associates moving to either other investment, corporate development, or operating roles. However, this opportunity does have the potential to evolve into a partner-track role without requiring an MBA for high performing Associates.
Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $175,000 and $225,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
