An insurance provider specializing in workers’ compensation is seeking a Vice President of Financial Operations. The vice president is a key member of the leadership team and is responsible for directing the finance operations function as it relates to all financial transaction recording and reporting across all entities under the organization. This essential leader is entrusted to ensure compliance with all accounting practices, including the preparation of financial statements, management reports and regulatory filings. In partnership with their peers, this vice president will understand and provide input into the strategic and tactical direction of the organization and ensure the finance operations function is prepared to accommodate such strategies. The Vice President of Financial Operations will also be responsible for the day-to-day management of finance operational staff, as well as the long-term growth and success of the function to continue to meet the needs of an evolving organization.
