About DART
DART is one of the largest faith-based community organizing networks in the country. We believe that fighting for racial and economic justice is fundamental to the identity of people of faith, and we know that successfully fighting for justice requires having power in the public arena. DART has been organizing interfaith coalitions to build power since 1982. A few of our victories include:
Our 31 Justice Ministry Organizations are building power in their local communities to solve serious community problems. DART supports each of these organizations by training grassroots leaders, finding and training professional community organizers, and providing in-depth consulting.
The Work
As Finance Manager, you’ll spend most of your time working with the Executive Director on ensuring the financial and operational strength of the organization, which has 13 employees and a $2 million operating budget. You’ll be making sure that everything behind the scenes is running smoothly so that the rest of the team can remain focused in the field, training grassroots leaders and organizers.

Compensation
Starting salary is $60,000-70,000 depending on experience. Benefits include up to $500 per month for health insurance premium reimbursement, paid vacation and sick leave, parental leave, and 15% employer retirement contribution after one year.
