National provider of business-to-business products seeks a VP of Finance/CFO to join their organization. In this capacity, reporting to the owners of the organization, you will be responsible for oversight of the accounting function, preparing timely and insightful financial statements with detail and variance explanations. Building a system to capture all relevant costs and making sure they are allocated properly to reflect actual costs of production, establish acceptable profit margins and work with sales to accurate price out jobs to ensure adherence. Candidates should have 10 + years of Controllership experience within a manufacturing/production type atmosphere, track record of successfully managing a department, establishing scalable policies/procedures and systems, outgoing and personable with an ability to be in the weeds but also have the ability to relate that to the bigger picture of the organization.
