Who We’re Looking For
This position is critical to the financial accounting function. The responsibilities include monthly financial statement close, coordination and management of month end closing activities, preparation and review of general ledger account reconciliations, audit support ensuring compliance with various corporate financial policies and procedures, compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and local statutory reporting.

Some of What You’ll Do
- Supervise staff to accomplish a timely and accurate monthly close
- Perform month-end close duties and G/L support to Accounting and Finance Managers
- Prepare and review monthly journal entries for assigned duties with adequate support
- Analyze accounts monthly for fluctuations and provide detailed explanations for variances
- Performance tax compliance activities
- External financial reporting support
- Prepare monthly account reconciliations in compliance with our internal control (SOX) requirements
- Provide support for evidence of SOX compliance
- Tax compliance and statutory compliance activities
- Prepare audit schedules and provide support for external auditors
- Perform special projects as requested
- Review fluctuation analysis of accounts on a monthly basis
Required and Desired Skills
- Analyze variances at the financial statement level to independently identify errors
- Prepare and review monthly journal entries and account reconciliations
- Advanced computer skills including experience with MS Excel and Microsoft Office products
- Strong oral, written and analytical skills
- Leadership experience
- Ability to adjust readily to change and adapt as needed
- Ability to build solid, effective working relationships with others
- Ability to interact effectively with US, China, Hong Kong and Lux finance management team
- Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion
- Ability to identify areas of risk/concern in area of responsibility
- Ability to think strategically and tactically
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English both oral and written skills
- Technology Experience: SAP
Job Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- 5+ years’ experience in accounting
Additional Qualifications
- CPA
- Public Accounting experience preferred
- Technology/Telecom Industry preferred
- U.S. GAAP and working knowledge of IFRS
Soft Skills
- Working knowledge or ability to learn company policies and procedures
- Strong customer focus with ability to professionally and courteously interact with all levels of employees
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and follow-up skills
- The ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and balance competing priorities is key
