Role Summary
This role supports the Director of Product Marketing as well as the marketing team and relationship managers in the US and Canada to execute marketing strategies and initiatives.
Contributes substantively to cross-functional teams that develop and execute multi-channel marketing plans that position T.
Rowe Price as a leader in the US institutional investor and Canadian intermediary and institutional investor spaces. Analyzes multiple data streams and optimizes tactics.
Implements plans and processes according to Segment Marketing strategy.
This associate will serve as the primary marketing partner for the Canadian intermediary segment; they will leadplanning and promotional activities associated with third party public DB events;
they will handle the production of marketing collateral (email, social posts, web pages, ad hoc projects, etc.) in support of the Americas distribution segment and to promote T.
Rowe Price strategies and services.
The successful candidate will have prior experience in the financial intermediary space (in U.S. or Canada) as well as marketing experience.
They should feel comfortable developing tactical marketing plans, executing with minimal direction, managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously, working with large and sometimes complex data sets, and communicating updates to all relevant parties.
Responsibilities :
Partners with cross-functional peers and segment leads in the execution of multichannel marketing plans aligned to specific populations of prospects and clients.
Makes recommendations on specific media and promotional channels to be employed to best promote supported products and services and drive targeted audience engagement.
Determines appropriate measurement criteria and methods for newly suggested promotional audiences and tactics.
Ensures all internal and external elements necessary to the successful execution of segment marketing plans are addressed, including securing the support of necessary internal marketing and distribution partners;
ensuring all legal and compliance obligations are satisfied; and ensuring all necessary content is shared, reviewed, and approved by necessary external partners.

Industry knowledge : Demonstrable experience in and knowledge of the financial services industry and a high level understanding of T.
Rowe Price strategies, services, and clients.Proven ability to understand and assimilate complex investment topics, the competitive environment, and the investing landscape to inform strategy, and to develop and execute campaigns and tactics that are relevant and engaging to professional investors.
FINRA Requirements FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role. Work Flexibility This role is eligible for remote work up to two days a week.
