The ideal candidate will excel in content development, strategic planning, and team leadership, with a bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.

Responsibilities : Develop and manage marketing programs in specific channels to support business health and growth.Oversee MDF programs to optimize co-op spends strategically.
Support the advancement of brand building tactics.Supervise day-to-day and project-based website updates and enhancements.
Foster customer acquisition and retention.Provide Sales and internal teams with creative collateral for marketing and brand support.
Develop business cases for marketing programs and make recommendations on tactics.Evaluate the impact of marketing programs and recommend strategic optimizations.
Partner with creative teams, internal stakeholders, and external agencies / vendors.Stay updated with emerging opportunities in the marketing and digital world.
Govern daily activities using the brand’s vision and values.
Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.5+ years of marking or related experience.5+ years of experience leveraging a variety of software and technical tools, including but not limited to Microsoft Suite, Google Analytics, and Mailchimp or similar ESPs.
Ability to utilize SEO tools is highly desirable.Capacity to contribute to marketing content creation and strategizing.Proven experience in crafting and evolving brand identities to resonate with target audiences effectively.
Demonstrate proficiency in Search Engine Marketing
SEM) a nd Search Engine Optimization
SEO)
strategies to drive organic and paid traffic.Strong skills in designing and executing impactful
email marketing campaigns , utilizing platforms like Mailchimp or similar Email Service Providers (ESPs).Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in leveraging various social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement.Understanding of
User Experience (UX)
principles to enhance digital interactions and customer satisfaction.Ability to effectively manage
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
systems to nurture leads and enhance customer retention.Aptitude for addressing intricate issues and approaching them from a data-driven perspective.
Competence in conducting competitive analysis.Ability to collaborate with or oversee writers, designers, and both front and back-end developers.
Proven track record in effectively managing relationships with creative and advertising agencies to deliver high-quality marketing materials and campaigns.
Experience in or genuine interest in interior design.
