SVP, Health & Wellness Client Marketing Leader: Dental, Veterinary, B2B Lifecycle
Role Summary/Purpose:
This role will lead B2B and B2B2C marketing for the Dental and Veterinary industries plus the Provider lifecycle marketing across the CareCredit network. This role will initiate strategies to build awareness, drive client/practice enrollment, new account growth and usage among large, mid-market and smaller client practices.

Essential Responsibilities:
Lead CareCredit’s Dental and Veterinary provider marketing teams to develop and implement strategies and programs to achieve industry network enrollment, activation, usage and retention goals.
Engage with large contractual clients and industry partners to build annual marketing plans and achieve mutually defined growth targets
Create and execute scalable B2B and B2B2C point-of-care and lifecycle marketing (activation, engagement, retention) programs across industries to drive provider engagement and business growth.
Lead research and analysis to uncover market and competitive insights and create go-to-market strategies that increase CareCredit’s penetration within existing markets and new industry verticals.
Manage multiple agency resources (advertising, direct marketing, events) to develop programs that articulate CareCredit value proposition and enhance its reputation.
Provide innovative ideas to grow two of CareCredit’s most mature markets
Maintain flexibility and optimize investments for annual operating plan KPIs and profitability.
Collaborate with Sales and GTM team to leverage marketing assets and sales tools to support product and capabilities launches and usage.
Work with communications team to advance Synchrony H&W/CareCredit’s thought leadership position among industry consultants, professional trade associations and business leaders.
Develop team members to enhance individual and organizational performance through thoughtful and interactive engagement and coaching.
Assume a critical senior leadership role in the management and strategic direction of the CareCredit program and network as well as broader responsibility across the Growth organization.
Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree or in lieu of a degree, high school diploma or GED + 15 years of marketing experience
10+ years marketing experience
Demonstrated ability to manage complex initiatives and projects in a matrix environment.
Experience managing organizations and other professionals with a minimum of 5 years of managerial responsibility.
Demonstrated growth in marketing leadership skills (analytic and creative).
Desired Characteristics:
B2B marketing experience: awareness, lead generation, product and lifecycle marketing across traditional and digital channels
Understanding of healthcare provider practice management needs and challenges
Experience in credit card, consumer lending or financial services industry
Innovative and strategic thinker adept at uncovering opportunities in mature markets.
Ability to assess market and competitor environment and develop winning strategies.
Strong executive presence, communication skills, relationship building, influencing skills
Excellent presentation, and influencing/communications skills.
Proven track record establishing effective cross-functional partnerships and relationships.
Large team management and coaching skills for professionals at all levels.
Advanced problem solving skills with the ability to develop innovative solutions in a fast-changing environment.
Large marketing budget management experience
Eligibility Requirements:
You must be 18 years or older
You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process
You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months’ time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 24 months’ time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don’t meet the time in position or performance expectations).
