Description
Our beauty client is seeking a Email Marketing Manager! This role is fully remote for 40 hours/week for at least 5-6 months (until end of year) with the possibility to extend! Develop, execute, and lead email marketing programs to help achieve business KPIs and increase users/subscribers Manage end-to-end campaign execution: devise campaign strategy with key stakeholders, develop approvals, deploy final campaigns, optimize as necessary, report on performance, and investigate issues as needed Utilize analytics tools to monitor the full-funnel performance and health of programs, identify areas for improvement. Manage all the way to goal conversions Establish A/B tests for subject lines, content, cadence, audience segmentation, and timing to constantly improve results Be the voice of the team in all program related conversations, meetings, and brainstorms 5+ years’ experience developing and deploying lifecycle programs across multiple owned channels (email, push, SMS, site, in-app, etc). Email most important, others are a plus! Experience developing and executing A/B tests Comfortable with quantitative analytics and have experience translating data into business and consumer insights Cross-functional team experience Experience with analytics dashboard (Tableau, Looker, etc)
The ideal candidate has experience in Email Marketing that they can eventually translate to Push and SMS marketing.
