Responsibilities include:
• Serve as the key contact for various accounts and projects
• Meet the needs of clients, including but not limited to prompt response to all inquiries, project set- up and management, reporting, timeline management, and troubleshooting.
• Effectively communicate key account information to internal stakeholders (Finance, IT, Procurement, and Inventory Control) ensuring that all are kept abreast of account requirements and issues.
• Manage project workflow in a way that meets the needs of both the client and internal resources.
• Set-up projects and items in data base/software systems. Enter orders if needed. Accuracy and attention to detail are important.
• Prepare and distribute weekly/monthly reports for clients
• Provide added phone coverage
• Create and maintain spreadsheets for use internally and for clients
• Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Education: College degree preferred
Skills/Experience Required:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office. Strong Excel skills are essential to success (includes filtering, pivot tables, and vlookups)
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Self-confident and comfortable working with clients
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks
• Flexible and comfortable with change
• Able to problem solve for effective resolution
• Ability to collaborate. Must be able to work as part of a team with clients and Ritway employees
• Minimum of 5 years business experience; preferably in a related field
