The Senior Manager, Influencer Marketing and Talent Social is responsible for leading influencer and creator strategy across Sony Pictures Entertainment for theatrical and through home entertainment. This person will understand the evolving and fast paced influencer landscape and how to create meaningful and positive brand conversations that drive that drive social engagements and cultural currency. As the lead for influencer strategy this person will be skilled at working directly with talent, publicists, agents, and managers. The ideal candidate will also have strong leadership skills and be able to build strong relationships with top digital influencers. This person will also offer strategic insights and best practices to our global territories for their influencer & creator activations.
This person will ideate and execute first to market social editorial partnerships between talent and top social publishers such as Meta, Twitter, Snap, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, other emerging platforms. Maximizing the tools available on each platform, coordinating talent activations at press junkets, premieres or other special events. This person will bring thought-leadership, creativity and strategic insights as well as a strong social media acumen who follows cultural trends, industry debates and platform innovations.
This role will work very closely with the Publicity team to oversee all digital assets are distributed to talent and filmmakers for any digital launches. They will also facilitate influencer and creator coverage for live events such as premieres or fan screenings.
The Senior Manager of Influencer Marketing and Social is also responsible for tracking exposure and impressions for campaigns across new and existing social platforms and audiences, striving for top tier engagement and earned editorial. They will also assist in ensuring we have end-of-campaign reports including gathering data and providing analysis, insights and recommendations. This person will also be looking at new tools and features that can help measure engagements.
In addition to a strong network of diverse relationships they will manage updating influencer trackers, contracting and execution, and other tasks as that relate to creator & influencer campaigns.
