Tremendous opportunity VP Finance for a $300MM Global Company. Is this you?
- Responsible for the Global P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash flow, Consolidations and Reporting in addition to being over 3 controllers (plant)
- Best practices to transform business increases profitability and EBITDA
- Reconciles variances to forecasts while identifying and implementing improvements to processes
- Business Partner with Operations, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Sales on key metrics and their impact to the financials
- Champion continuous improvement to financial processes and margin reporting
- Drives initiatives to achieve financial targets that solves problems
- Lead monthly financial reviews and analysis
- Key success criteria include analytical and process management skills and hands-on using Excel and ERP systems
- Leadership skills to engage, empower, and educate are critical and ability to lead others through ambiguity or complexity
- Position is bonus eligible and immediate Equity granted
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 10+ years of Finance experience
- International experience a plus
- 8+ years of experience in financial planning and operations, cost efficiency evaluations, forecasting, reporting, and consolidation
- 5+ years of experience in presenting financial results to executive leadership
- Travel, limited as needed
