Job Overview – Benefits Account Manager – 31181
Our client is seeking a Benefits Account Manager to be the primary liaison between our client and an assigned number of accounts. This individual will be responsible for maintaining the partnerships through strong customer service skills. The Benefits Account Manager will have basic knowledge of the traditional HR benefits: HSA, HRA, and Cobra, among others. This position is onsite until the training period is completed and then this position transitions to total flexibility to work in office, hybrid, or remote. The ideal candidate will have experience with managing accounts, daily high-call volume, and customer service abilities.
