We currently seek an Interactive Communications Specialist to play an integral role in the Marketing Communications Department. You will report to Managers of Creative Services providing disciplined creative tactical support to advance the departments marketing and communications plans and objectives. Specifically, you will:

• Support the ongoing updates/maintenance of various audience-specific communications tools, including digital display boards, website, e-newsletters and email-blasts, blog sites, and collateral printed materials
• Assist in the development and execution of interactive and multi-media communications programs
• Create/deploy various communications assets including infographics, videos, photographs, screensavers, etc.
• Prepare creative presentations and displays for audiences across all channels – website, email, texts, direct mail, social media, newsletters, etc.
• Support team in managing website, intranet and blog site updates

We require:

Bachelor’s degree

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing, digital design and multi-media creation, social media and website management, basic copywriting, etc.; healthcare experience preferred

MS Office proficiency, Adobe Design, WordPress, Canva, HTML, CSS, livestreaming, videography and photography

Creative digital skills including videography, infographics, interactive tools and tactics

Demonstrated skills and knowledge of Adobe/Canva/graphic design, WordPress, Photoshop, social media platforms/Hootsuite, videography/Vimeo or the like

Ability to receive, distill and communicate essential information across communication channels

Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage multiple projects
