FINANCE MANAGER

Sandhills Center is a Local Management Entity-Managed Care Organization (LME-MCO) serving people in eleven counties in central North Carolina
The Finance Manager will:
• Develop and analyze Medicaid Waiver and In-house Dashboard reports within the Finance department to include GL revenues and expenses and member services.
• This position researches and gathers financial information to track trends, service utilization and cost patterns, risk management, operating efficiencies and recommend necessary corrective actions.
• Assist with the process for creating the continuation, operating, and capital budgets.
• Supervising, managing, and reviewing the work of the Capitation Specialist, Analyst and accounting technician. To ensure reconciliations are being performed in accordance with DMA Contracts.
