One of Texas’s largest privately held companies is seeking a Director of FP&A. This candidate will be part of the Shared Services FP&A team and will lead all aspects of financial planning and analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and consolidated management reporting for head-count related costs.
This is a newly created role due to robust growth.
This position will lead and oversee a team of FP&A managers and analysts.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years experience
- 5 years of Managing a team
- Heavy experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools (Microsoft Power BI and Tableau) & MS Excel
*This position reports to the FP&A Vice President
