This is position pays you a guaranteed hourly rate PLUS production based bonuses. The only limits to the bonuses you make is the effort you put in and your ability to build trust with home owners.
We provide all the training and coaching you need to get started in this career enhancing opportunity.
The part time schedule for this position is 3pm-830p, Monday-Thursday and Saturday 10am-3pm. Base + Bonus compensation for part time ranges from $35k-$55k+ per year.
The full time schedule for this position is 12pm-830p, Monday-Thursday and Saturday 10am-3pm. Base + Bonus compensation for full time ranges from $45k-$65k+ per year.
You must be comfortable going door-to-door, cold calling homeowners, and working outside. You’ll knock on 80-120 doors per day and should average 1-3 appointments.
Position Description
– This position is part of the Direct Marketing Department and is responsible for making great first impressions with homeowners, providing information and knowledge, and generating appointments to provide homeowners with pricing and information on their future window and door projects.
– We visit with homeowners in targeted neighborhoods in the Greater Kansas City Metropolitan area, in person, to develop trust, credibility, and rapport.
– We provide an opportunity for homeowners to receive a no cost, in-home consultation from our best in the nation Design Consultant team, who will provide guaranteed pricing for a full year.
– Experience in sales/marketing/customer service is a plus, but what’s more valuable are candidates who have outgoing and likeable personalities, who can start conversations with anyone and who want to take control of their earnings.
