We are looking for an experience Operational Financial Planning and Analysis Senior Manager!

1st Shift, Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Serve as primary finance contact for key account with warehouses across the country
• Lead onsite finance teams in multiple locations to deliver internal and customer facing budgets, forecasts, financial performance reporting, ad hoc analyses and operational project support
• Lead the team in providing accurate and timely customer invoices and accounting close support
• Partner with the operational leadership team to facilitate successful execution against financial targets
• Evaluate financial impact of potential projects, including labor management support and any proposed capital investments
• Work creatively with account management to provide finance support for proposals to the customer
• Coordinate the setup of new accounting units, project codes, work centers, etc., as needed for billing and proper cost accounting as well as enabling operational success for new facilities with the customer
• Develop detective controls to ensure the accuracy of the on-site finance teams’ deliverables
• Foster a collaborative team environment to maintain an engaged and high performing team

What you need to succeed:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience
• 5 years of experience in a financial environment role, including management experience
• Experience with large databases and the ability to utilize data from various BI systems
• Knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle), HFM, financial planning software (ePBCS), Microsoft BI and related technologies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Access)

It would be great if you also have:

• MBA
• CPA, CMA, CFA or applicable professional designation
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends
• 7 years of experience in financial analysis, financial/strategic planning, accounting and/or budgeting
• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma management concepts and/or certifications
• Experience as a controller in a supply chain, logistics, manufacturing or service organization
• Demonstrated experience building and leading a high-performing team
• Solid ability to handle multiple projects and time demands with a high level of urgency, personal integrity, energy and stamina
• Excellent time management, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Availability to travel up to 15% of the time

Pay: $120,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year
